Helsinki Trail Run

Helsinki Trail Run is one of the most traditional running events organized by Runner's High and the very first trail running events organized in the Helsinki Central Park area! In 2024 the route is about 10 km long trail running in the northern parts of Helsinki Central Park. The start and finish area is the surroundings of Paloheinä lodge. The route travels through the varied terrain of the Central Park. From the start and finish route, the Paloheinä filling hill provides a nice challenge for runners. The route goes north from Paloheinä filling hill along well running paths of the Central Park all the way to the bank of Vantaanjoki, where you turn back towards Paloheinö and the finish area of the run. Helsinki Trail Run is suitable for both more goal-oriented and experienced trail runners, as well as beginners newly interested in the sport, both for the route and the trip!
