The Plješevica Trail League is an informal competition based on voluntary gatherings of individuals, runners, recreational enthusiasts, and those aspiring to become trail runners.
Its goal is to bring together and expand the local trail running community through socializing and the recreational nature of the competition in the magical wilderness of Mount Plješevica.
The league is open to everyone, catering to experienced runners as a test of form in preparation for official races, but at the same time, it's a great opportunity for those trying trail running for the first time. However, given the character of Mount Plješevica, participants are expected to have some experience in hiking.
