Sinjal - utrka na vrh Hrvatske

KAS Cetina Adventure proudly presents a new edition of the race to the highest peak of the Republic of Croatia – Sinjal (1831 m/ASL). The competition starts from the village of Glavaš near Kijevo, goes to the top of Croatia through the new mountain trail via Ošljak and the mountain shelter "Drago Grubać," and returns via the trail passing by the mountain shelter "Martinova košara" back to Glavaš. The trail is 16.5 km with a 1350 m ascent, and all of the ascent is within the first 8 km. The following 8 km are a descent, all the way to the finish. The trail will be entirely marked with signs (ribbons and arrows) by the organizers. Although Dinara is considered a waterless mountain, on this trail, you will encounter a few springs and wells with refreshments. As the trail immediately goes onto a narrow mountain path from the start, participants will start the race in time intervals of 20 seconds. By organizing this mountain running competition, our goal is to encourage you to engage in physical activities to improve health and recreation.
