Povodom Svjetskog dana borbe protiv raka jajnika skrećemo pozornost na važnost brige o ženskom reproduktivnom zdravlju, prevenciji i ranom otkrivanju bolesti. Želimo potaknuti žene na redovite kontrolne preglede, zdraviji način života i tjelovježbu te naglasiti važnost podrške oboljelima. Preporučeno ženama i muškarcima svih dobi, a mogu se uključiti i djeca. Onima kojima trčanje nije „jaka strana“ preporučamo barem šetnju na 800 m. Mjesto okupljanja je Centralna livada, a podizanje startnih paketa je od 8 do 10 sati.

On the occasion of World Ovarian Cancer Day, we draw attention to the importance of caring for women's reproductive health, disease prevention, and early detection. We aim to encourage women to undergo regular check-ups, adopt a healthier lifestyle, engage in physical activity, and emphasize the importance of supporting those affected. Join us in creating a community that promotes prevention and support! All proceeds from registration fees, after covering costs, will be used for the work of SVE za NJU (All for HER) and continuing to provide support to women affected at the Psychological Support Center. Recommended for women and men of all ages, and children can also participate. For those for whom running is not their strong suit, we recommend at least walking 800 meters.
