Tour de Lujzijana

This year, it has been decided that the Tour de Lujzijana will take place on two historic roads – the Lujzijana and the Karolina. As always, the event will be held on the last Sunday of August, which is August 25, 2024. This time, the route will be approximately 100 km long with an elevation gain of 748 m. Like last year, we will start in front of the OSRH Zrinski House in Karlovac. After a gentle climb to Gornje Stative, we descend and enjoy the natural beauty along the Dobra River, reaching Novigrad. From Novigrad, we continue along the Dobra River towards Vodena Draga and Beč. We reach Bosiljevo and the old town of Bosiljevo, where we rest in the shade for the first refreshment stop (feed zone). Refreshed and rested, we continue along the Karolina through Grabrk – Ponikve – Osojnik – Veliki Jadrč – Mali Jadrč. We return to the Lujzijana and reach Severin na Kupi for the second break (feed zone). The Lujzijana then leads us through Rim, Bosanci, and Vukova Gorica to Netretić and on to our final destination, Karlovac. As every year, there will be generous starter packs, refreshments in the feed zones, and lunch at the finish. Every participant will be entered into a raffle with prize drawings after reaching the finish in Karlovac.
