The long trail is suitable for more advanced runners and encompasses all three "petals." The first petal, which descends to the sea on the southern side of the island, is only run in this category. It passes through abandoned olive groves, and running along and over dry stone walls, you can see “bunje,” traditional shelters made using dry stone techniques. This petal has more technically demanding sections and is 5 km long. Upon completing this petal in Grohote, runners continue onto the longest petal, which is 11 km. This section descends to the northern side of Šolta, reaching the cove of Kašjuni, near Rogač, from where it climbs to Srednje Selo. From Srednje Selo, it descends again to the sea in the cove of Donja Krušica, then climbs to Donje Selo and returns across the fields back to Grohote. After that, runners head into the final petal, which is 6 km long, climbing from Grohote to Velu Stražu, where there are abandoned military structures and stunning views of the Šolta settlements along the edge of Šoltansko Polje. From Vela Straža, the trail descends towards the picturesque church of St. Michael, from where it returns to Grohote along a rural path. This trail also shows where the locals used to source their water. The time limit to complete the first 5 km petal is 1 hour. The time limit for completing the first and second petals combined (16 km total) is 3.5 hours. The overall time limit for finishing the entire race (all three petals) is 5 hours. The middle trail is suitable for advanced beginners. This trail encompasses two "petals": the longest one (11 km) and a 6 km one. It starts with the longest "petal," departing from Grohote. The route descends to the northern side of Šolta, reaching the cove of Kašjuni, near Rogač, before ascending to Srednje Selo. From Srednje Selo, the trail descends back to the sea at Donja Krušica cove, then climbs to Donje Selo and returns to Grohote across the fields. Once back in Grohote, runners continue with the 6 km petal, which climbs to Vela Straža, where abandoned military structures offer a stunning view of the Šoltan villages along the edge of Šoltansko Polje. There is also a time limit for reaching the first petal back in Grohote, which must be completed within 2 hours and 30 minutes. The overall limit to finish the race is 4 hours.
