The race starts in Rizvanuša (at Pizdica), running on a undulating forest path towards 'Deluko's spring.' From Deluko's spring, the next 3 km follows a mountain trail. At approximately 6 km, the trail returns to a forest path and gently ascends for the next 1.2 km. At 7.3 km, the trail separates again (to the right) onto a mountain trail, leading to a steep ascent to Jandrina Poljana (refreshment at 8 km if weather conditions allow vehicle access). The route continues to climb to the Visočica mountain hut (1415 m above sea level), and the final 1.2 km of the trail exits the forest, ascending towards the finish at the top of Visočica (1619 m above sea level).
