Vukovaru sa srcem

In recognition of the national holiday, Remembrance Day for the Victims of the Homeland War and the Remembrance Day for the Sacrifice of Vukovar and Škabrnja on November 18, 2024, Run with Heart and Štoperica.hr, in collaboration with the Vukovarski Leptirići Association for Parents of Children with Developmental Disabilities, are organizing the 5th annual virtual charity run, "Vukovar with Heart." All proceeds from the race will be directly donated to the Association's program "Grow, Play, and Learn Together," which provides half-day care in Vukovar. This program supports 20 preschool children with informal educational activities and extends specialized care for 20 school-aged children, including those with developmental disabilities or from financially challenged backgrounds. The half-day program offers hot meals, learning support, individualized therapies, workshops, sports activities, socialization, and enriching free-time activities.
