Ivančica, the highest mountain in the Hrvatsko Zagorje region, peaks at 1060 meters. Stretching 30 km east to west, it’s cloaked in beech forests above 300 meters, while the lower areas hold remnants of oak and hornbeam woods. Despite its gentle appearance, the mountain features steep slopes and rocky cliffs. At the summit, two viewpoints, "Stričevo" and the 10-meter-high "Piramida," offer stunning vistas of Zagorje, Varaždin, and beyond. Ivančica is a perfect destination for hikers and nature enthusiasts.
