The race consists of two different-length laps, and competitors enter the finish line upon completing the second lap – the first lap is 16.1km long, and the second is 5km.
The relay is divided into 4 legs – 5km + 5km + 5km + 6.098m. Relay participants have yellow bib numbers, and each number has an additional label A, B, C, and D indicating the order of the runners.
