The start of both races is in the city center (near the clock tower), heading towards the city bridge. Before the bridge, runners turn left and follow the path alongside Agram, continuing until they reach the Kovačević pharmacy where they turn left. From there, they cross Ozimica 1 and proceed to the Kovačević gym, where they turn left again. After that, the route continues straight, crossing 5th Corps Street, and heads towards Privilica. At the Veni Vidi pool, runners turn left, pass the City pizzeria, and continue until reaching the Ministry of the Interior of USK. They then return to 5th Corps Street, turn right towards the clock tower, and finally, turn right again towards the city bridge.
The 5 km race consists of one loop starting from the city center, mostly running along the Una River, and then returning to the center where the start and finish lines are located.
