Perfect for those craving a challenge. The race covers a distance of 11.8 km with 500 m of elevation gain. It starts from the waterfront in Podgora. An asphalt path leads vertically for 400 meters to the beginning of a narrow trail that climbs through the old Mlinice area and reaches a gravel road. This road leads to a stone cross, where the vertical trail turns left towards the hamlet of Marinovići. From Marinovići, the trail continues vertically to the hamlet of Ščekići and the chapel of St. Roko. An 800-meter asphalt road leads gently downhill to the chapel of St. Liberan. After the chapel, a narrow trail turns steeply and leads to the old school and the Church of All Saints. From the church, an asphalt road descends gently for 1 km through Kržanići and Jakići to Spila, where it turns downhill through Vruja. This leads to a short gravel section and a narrow trail that runs horizontally to the start of the climb through olive groves to Kolunđići. A short asphalt section leads to the start of the gravel road below the cemetery. The remainder of the race is on gravel, passing through Stinica and Dračevo, and runs alongside the Galebova Krila monument before finishing on the asphalt road back to the waterfront.

Ideal for recreational runners and those who want to enjoy a more relaxed pace. The shorter race starts from the waterfront in Podgora, covering 5 km with 170 m of elevation gain. An asphalt road leads 400 meters to the beginning of a vertical, narrow trail through the old Mlinice area. The climb is 300 meters long, leading to a gravel road where you turn left and run to the Stinica viewpoint with views of Podgora. The trail continues on gravel, passing under Troje gomile, and runs to Dračevo, where there is a beautiful view towards Split. The course continues 1 km on relatively flat gravel to the Galebova Krila monument and then descends on asphalt to the finish line at the waterfront.
