The 5 km run through Šumarice is a charity event organized with the goal of raising funds for the treatment of Ljubica Stević, a seven-year-old girl with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and strabismus, as well as to support the "Carpe diem – Seize the Day" association. Runners come together to help secure the necessary stem cell surgery in Turkey and ongoing rehabilitation for Ljubica through their participation and donations. This race also pays tribute to Jelena Jevtović, the founder of the association, who left an indelible mark on the community with her work.
