Join the exciting MAZDA 10K race, part of the 26th Split Marathon, happening on Sunday, February 16th, 2026, starting at 8:40 AM. This AIMS-certified course offers a unique running experience through the historical and natural beauties of Split. A new course starting at POLJUD STADIUM! Ideal for dedicated runners! Feel the atmosphere of major athletic meetings and marathons! A super-fast track!

Join us for an exciting 10 km race that emphasizes team spirit and shared success! In the Team Ten, teams consist of four members who run simultaneously. You will overcome the course together, and your final time depends on everyone – because the team time only counts when the last team member crosses the finish line. This race is not only a test of individual speed, but also of cooperation, mutual support and strategy. Teams must run as one, maintain a rhythm and motivate each other to achieve the best possible results. Whether you are a recreational runner or a serious competitor, the Team Ten offers the opportunity for a unique experience that you will remember. A special attraction of this race is the start at the Hajduk Obala football club stadium, while the finish is on Split's Riva, right next to the Palace of Emperor Diocletian (which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List). Each participant of the team that finishes the race will receive a participation medal and rich refreshments at the finish line.

The Split Marathon course offers a unique running experience through the natural beauty and rich cultural heritage of the region. The new AIMS-certified route connects two ancient cities founded by Emperor Diocletian: Split and Solin (ancient Salona), along with the lush green oasis of Marjan Hill and the picturesque source of the river Jadro. A special highlight of this course is running through the Hajduk Football Club stadium, particularly exciting for all football enthusiasts. The race starts on the West Coast (Zapadna obala) and finishes, as in previous years, at the Riva promenade, next to Diocletian’s Palace (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). There are 12 refreshment stations along the route and intermediate time measurements at 10 points, featuring live tracking of each runner’s progress. Every participant who finishes the race will receive a participation medal at the finish line, accompanied by generous refreshments.

Split Half Marathon will take place on an AIMS-certified course, modified this year to include fewer climbs compared to previous years. The course offers a unique running experience through the historic city of Diocletian, connecting the ancient palace, Hajduk Football Club’s stadium, and Marjan Hill—the “lungs of the city.” The race starts at the West Coast (Zapadna obala) and finishes at the Riva promenade, directly next to Diocletian’s Palace (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
