The experience of climbing Spain's highest peak is only available to the bravest. Taking part in the race with the highest altitude in the country is not as impressive as the sensation of climbing Mount Teide surrounded by a sea of clouds. These 110 kilometres start on the south coast of the island, on Los Cristianos beach, and will take you up to 3,555 metres to finish at a beach-side finish line in the tourist town of Puerto de la Cruz. The Tenerife Bluetrail 100 M is magic. It must be because it crosses a one of a kind landscape, the Teide National Park, declared a World Heritage Site. Sea, sky, clouds, volcano... and sea again. This is Tenerife's landscape, which leaves an impression on everyone. The 6,250 metres of positive elevation gain in the race allows you to cross rocks and volcanic cones, climb among the jagged rocks of the malpaíses, take a break to contemplate the sunrise and the island in its entirety from the summit of Teide, and then make a dizzying descent through pine forests and laurel forests to reach trails along the edge of the sea on the north coast of Tenerife.

As soon as you set off from the charming village of Vilaflor de Chasna, you can already sense the scenic beauty that awaits the racers. Nestled in the heart of the Corona Forestal Natural Park at an altitude of over 1,500 metres, the streets of this town tell the history of Tenerife's midlands. The Tenerife Bluetrail 73K will lead you to discover places that seem to be straight out of a fairy tale. The Camino Real de Chasna, a 500 year old footpath that crosses the island from south to north; the Lunar Landscape, one of the most spectacular in Tenerife due to the otherworldly appearance of its thin mountains, sharpened by the effects of wind and water or the possibility of crossing Las Cañadas del Teide at the foot of the imposing volcano that towers over the island are just some of the highlights that await participants in this magical race. The route covers 73 kilometres and a positive elevation gain of 3,150 metres, and there is nothing you will see that won't leave its mark.

This is a real adventure through nature in its purest form, starting from the Pinolere Ethnographic Park in a small village nestled in the lush mountains of La Orotava. The TENERIFE BLUETRAIL 47K by UTMB is a real adventure. You'll be amazed by the 47 kilometres route across a landscape of pine forests, heather and laurel forests, where you can catch a glimpse of the sea, leading you to the finish line in Puerto de la Cruz. The course has 2,600 metres of positive elevation gain and 3,200 metres of negative elevation gain and features one of the most attractive and magical challenges in the ascent to the Asomadero, a sheer wall of more than 600 metres in just over 2 kilometres, which the participants in the other long distance races will also have to overcome.

For the first runner, the adventure begins in Pinolere Ethnographic Park, in the heights of the municipality of La Orotava. They must run 22.5 kilometres through amazing forests of lauressilva and pine groves. The second runner will take over in the Chanajiga Recreational Area (Los Realejos). 24.5 magical kilometres await them in an initial part with the ascent to the iconic Asomadero, a sheer wall of more than 600 metres in just over 2 kilometres, which the participants in the other long-distance races will also have to overcome. From there, all that remains is to look out to sea on the descent to the finish line in Puerto de la Cruz.

This is the experience that middle-distance runners have been longing for. 24 kilometres for those who want to experience a magical adventure amidst the greenery of Tenerife's mountains and the Atlantic Ocean that marks the way to the finish line. The route starts in the municipality of Los Realejos, in the north of Tenerife, and will take the participants through an amazing natural setting, passing through El Asomadero and the Rambla de Castro, which is a coastal path full of astonishing scenery. The race features 1,300 metres of positive elevation gain and 1,900 metres of negative elevation loss, and seems to have a special attraction for mountain race lovers because year after year every race bib is sold out.
