Information

As part of the celebration of the 1100th anniversary of the Croatian Kingdom and the 100th anniversary of the completion of Sokolska Mogila, the recreational and symbolic race “Mogila100” is being organized.

The main ceremony of raising/filling Sokolska Mogila took place during the 3rd Croatian All-Sokol Rally, with the key act of placing soil occurring on August 16, 1925. Several modern historical sources state that Sokolska Mogila was formally completed in 1926, which is why the year 2026 marks its 100th anniversary.

Location: Maksimir Park, Zagreb, in front of Mogila
Number of participants: Symbolically limited to 1,100 runners

Registration:
Online registration is open until capacity is reached. Participants who register by February 19, 2025 (Thursday at midnight) will receive an official race T-shirt. Registration is considered complete once the entry fee has been paid.
Possibility of registration on site, but without receiving a race t-shirt.
Race packet pickup:
Saturday (February 21, 2026) from 14:00 to 18:00 at Prudi 2 (Caffe bar Time). Race packets may be collected for another person only with presentation of their ID.
Entry fee: EUR 20
Of this amount, EUR 15 goes to AK Sljeme, while EUR 5 will be donated to DBHZ to support projects marking the 1100th anniversary of the Croatian Kingdom.
Payment must be made exclusively to the bank account of Atletski klub Sljeme, Janka Rakuše 4, Zagreb,

Payment reference: Mogila 100 entry fee.
Entry fees are non-refundable.

Timing: Manual timing (gun time)
Refreshments: Provided at the start and finish (water and soft drinks).

Awards:
Trophies for the overall female and male winners
Race T-shirt for every participant who completes the payment by February 19, 2025 (Thursday at midnight).

Award ceremony: 11:00 (5 km race)
